Sea Sanctuary is a mental health charity based in Penryn, Cornwall.
Their focus is on helping people work through challenging times in different ways to traditional methods, and turn their lives around in the face of a crisis.
Sea Sanctuary passionately believe the sea can have a profound impact on our mood and wellbeing, which is why it forms a central part of the services they provide.
Since 2006, they have helped thousands of people get their lives back on track.
Sea Sanctuary takes therapy out of the office and onto the water.
The Sail Into Life programme offers a four-day residential placement onboard a 42ft yacht.
